I went into this TMobile location today and it was a very busy store & the 3 associates were very patient & kind to everyone I saw them help, as well as myself. They transferred my info to my new device, and I even went back later in the day & had questions & they helped me for about 40 minutes! They have a great selection to choose from & tell you about the promotions available to you. Thank you all 4 of you who helped me today!

Only bad experiences reading with sales and service. Save time and do what you can online or visit a real TMobile store because that's where they are going to send you .

The worst customer service! The girl was texting her boyfriend while she was attempting to help me. She did not explain anything to me and when I was asking her questions, her answers were so short and her attitude was awful. She numbering under her mask and when I told her I couldnt understand what she was saying she rolled her eyes.

A big shout out to Jennifer in the Bullhead City location. Shes been attentive to our billing issues and helpful with trying to get a resolution for us. Thank you Jennifer for your kindness and willingness to help when calling customer service hasnt been helpful at all!

I wanted to upgrade my phones they didn't have any phones that I needed. They were gonna order some for me and my wife and have him ship to me but the warehouse was out too so it looks like I won't be getting a new phone for a while.
