        Was sitting at the red light on Jordan ln and spartman Penske truck comes through the red light smacks the fender on my trailer and just keeps going tried to stop him and just make him aware that he hit us and he wouldn't even stop I got your tag number the truck number and you will be going to jail for hit and run

        My wife and I got a Penske truck. Jessica helped us and she was very very busy at the time she was helping us, but she kicked butt. She was answering phone calls, moving the rental line (which includes Hertz) through very quickly, and being professional and quick. Even though we had to wait a little bit, I was impressed and pleased with her service. The 4 stars is because the management needs to do better at staffing the place so the employees arent working their tails off all the time.
