WHAT IS THE POINT OF A RESERVATION IF THEY ARE GIVE YOUR TRUCK AWAY AND LIE TO YOUR FACE ABOUT THEIR LAZINESS. Disorganized and rude customer service. I made a reservation with them directly a week in advance. I show up on the morning of my reservation at the time of my reservation. Come to find out a gentleman came in prior to me without a reservation and they gave him my truck. Without contacting me my truck was given to someone else. The man behind the desk tried using the excuse that Uhaul corporate makes the reservation and he has nothing to do with it, but I talked with him directly when I made the reservation, so that is not a valid excuse. The fact that I wasn’t even contacted before my reservation is aggravating. The guy that works at this location is terribly disorganized and can never find any paperwork. Moving is stressful enough. I made the reservation ahead of time in order to ensure some of that stress would be lessened, and this Uhaul location let me down and I had to find another location on my own to fixed their flaw.

I would like to update this & change my review--the owner went out of his way to ensure I was finally given my money back from U-Haul as the mistake was on their end. I am very grateful for his support & his service & highly recommend Quality One. Previous review--We did a pick up early. The dolly we asked for wasnt there so I had to wait an hour & a half until they opened to get one & then wait another half an hour in line & then I mentioned that my bill showed $75 dollars in extra items that I didnt even have/want and was told I wasnt charged for the items or wouldnt be even the dolly. But my bill came back & it was nearly doubled! Q One said that I had to call Uhaul directly to get my money back & I was on hold for 1.5 hours!! I was told I'd get a refund and a week later--still no refund!
