I reserved a rental online via mobile pick up. Was given a call hours before my pick up time...that said...I could not get the vehicle at the time requested because the Area manager said the van I was renting could not be Mobile pick.up...but had to picked up with an agent present. It cost me an extra day with increased insurance costs and I am quite upset. The system should have been.updated to reflect this detail. Note also my original location was the one that called initially. But the same issue was experienced at the location I got the van from.

Truck was dirty. It was not cleaned out by the previous person. Air condition barely worked on the hottest day of the year. The trim on the inside of the door kept falling down. There was a blue recliner already on the back of the truck and I was charged double the following day.

Sure would help if they answered the device used to receive and make calls...you know the telephone? How is there NO ONE to answer, just an endless loop of options none of which are to speak with customer support about your storage. DO BETTER Tyler and friends.
