This is my 1st time renting at this location and the staff was very polite, professional especially Caleb I appreciate you you time out to listen today was tough for me and my family.

It is ok, but not super . Prices between large and medium sized cars don't change almost at all, which is unfair. They couldn't show me not even a photo of the car I was going to rent ahead. Their receipt doesn't have a number to call or the total price. On the other end it was fast and relatively smooth.

Do not go here for quick or convenient service for renting your next vehicle!!! We called them with at least a weeks notice to please provide us with a large enough vehicle for our family of 6 along with plenty of trunk space. When I arrived on location for pick up they indeed did not have a large enough vehicle ready for us and we ended up waiting 2 plus hours for them to track one down and have it on location. They had plenty of opportunity to have a vehicle available and ready and failed to do so. If I could give less than one star I most definitely would!!!
