Today I went to this branch to cash to of my paychecks and the teller that helped me, (teller 7) to be more specific was extremely rude !!! When she cashed my checks I ask her I wanted it them deposited back into my account, since I need to make a payment, then she almost yelled at me and told me they couldnt do that, she lacks professionalism and thats not the way to treat customers, she also assumed I dont speak English, and proceeded to speak in Spanish even if I didnt asked her to, because I was wearing my work clothes, never coming back to this branch again in my life, I shouldve called corporate or ask to speak to her manager.

I have been a member of First Bank for over 25 years in good standing and have had over 100k in the bank ,at that time even the President called me to try to get me to invest it for their benefit, I have never asked for anything and I asked for a loan of 6,000 and was denied when I have an EXCELLENT credit rating, you would think banking with a company for over 25 years and you asked for a measly loan they could accommodate you but they don't so if you're looking to open a new bank account long-term I suggest you look elsewhere where they're caring about your individual needs and not just dollar signs for them, also one representative flat out lied to me! I have enough cash in my account for the item and will be closing my account soon, so utterly disgusted and disappointed!

Come on guys Ive been banking with you for almost 9 years you gotta do better. Im not gonna close my account for $11 dispute. Your customer service is getting really bad lately. My husband just opened an IRA with you for over 7000 bucks do you want me to pull my money out of your bank cause I will do it you need to do better you need to bring this up with your management.
