      image Went to KIA 2/28/24 to get my Sorento a free anti-theft software upgrade. Michael Wyre was very helpful and pleasant. John Wood was my shuttle driver. He was helpful and pleasant as well. They sent me a video of inspection of my car via text! WOW! Modern technology at its finest! Everything was great. I will always stay in the KIA family!

      image I received a notice for a product recall on my Kia, so I quickly made an appointment online. When I arrived, I was quickly greeted by Jermaine Colson in the service department. He was exceptionally kind and frequently checked in with my about the status of the repair. It went by very quick and even provided an exam of possible repairs that need to be done, along with an estimate of the repairs. Even though I hate having to go to a dealership, Jermaine made the experience much easier! Give this guy a raise!!
