Took my car in for an oil change and I was in and out within an hour. Always great service at Jenkins Kia . Each time I go I get reminded why we chose to buy from them.

We had our kia serviced. The gentleman in the service department that checked us in, he was really nice & helpful. We definitely will go back when we need another service. This kia is much better & somewhat cheaper than the one in ocala.

I don't know where Kia Gainesville got Kurt, my service advisor, but they would be well served to get a few more like him. Excellent communication and listened.

Definitely stay away from this dealership, the sales guy Nick is Rude and promises things that they cannot deliver. We bought our car at night from the dealership, noticed a Chip in the windshield the next morning called the dealership Nick wrote out a paper that they owe us a windshield. Call Nick a couple days later he told me that its our problem. We need to figure it out and hes washing his hands of us. Talk to Andrew the sales manager couple days after that Andrew says hes going to get to the bottom of it and call us back, no response from Andrew so I call him back couple days later. I was informed today that I need to make a claim through my personal insurance company to get a new windshield that Kia is not going to pay for it stay away from the dealership they promised things they cant deliver and have extremely rude salesman!!!!
