    They use programs like ally auto when you buy a vehicle thru them. Ally charges by the day, so if you don't pay everyday a little bit of money then your bill goes up. My remaining was 60,911.44 last week today its 61,800. 00 how the heck does it go up when you make payments instead of going down. I wouldn't buy a car from any car lot unless they are in house lending like Nissan I know of for sure.

    Called and made appt for recallupon arrival.after 30 min wait..car was taken into shop! After an hour or so the service mgr came out and said technician showed code thst recall has already been done! Not true..I never had it done or I would not have scheduled to have it done..mgr looked at the light staying on dash thst was part of the recall and said light was not coming on and staying on at allI suggested he turn on the ignitionyepit came on and stayed on he was like, oh, youre right! Took car back into shop, after another long wait mgr informed me the tech had used the wrong codeand they would order the part!! WHAT??? I was told the part had been ordered and received which is why I had the appt to begin withto replace the recalled part!!!!! Since this was a potential brake issue and I was going out of state the next day (assuming my recall had been fixed as scheduled) I asked if my car would be safe to drive or if I could get a loaner! I was told, we dont do rentals and suggested I drive at least 2-3 cars backare you kidding me????? He told me they would order the part, again, and let me know when it arrived! Waitit gets worse!! I got the phone call the part was in and scheduled an appt! When I arrived I parked the car in the service lane as instructed! About an hour later I asked the status as numerous people had come and gone thst were there 30-40 mins after me! He said he would check on it and hes get back with me! After another 45 mins and more customers were coming and going; I again went to the service counter! I saw my car sitting where I left it to begin with so hoped it was finished and brought back out! I asked the mgr the status of my car and he said, its in the shop and almost done!! I was like what??? Its still sitting where it was almost 2 hours ago!!!!!!! he was like, oh..Ill get somebody right on thst! No apology, no nothing!!!! Pityful service!! I now drive and extra 45 mins farther to a different Kia dealership!

    Edit: they have since gone through management and team members fixing these issues I stated above. We have visited multiple times since (we are huge kia car fans) and found their new service is better. From what I could see they made some changes, especially in employment. I upped my previous rating from 1 to 2 for doing that. I hope they improved their workers treatment so they do not take advantage of others. Im not sure though as I havent gone back for a new vehicle with them since. May 2019 When we went to talk about the costs of the car to negotiate with the manager he yelled so loud the rest of the customers heads turned and he said that it wasn't negotiable. Not too long after yelling at us, the man also yelled at a customer over the phone if he saying "it's fine I can send you to my manager but he will say the same thing!" (Loudly and rudely may I add) then he proceeded to hang up on the person and talked trash about them so loud I heard it across the room. As did many other customers I'm sure. So after purchase, I signed over a car that was financed and they said everything was fine. Then a month later they wanted the cosigner to go sign the title over. They said they'd mail it, never did. Who knows what they did because I never heard back. I'm hoping it was done properly. We over paid because I searched for a year for this car and being young we felt uncomfortable and intimidated after being yelled at like that. Its very unfortunate that they treated us with such an unpleasant and unprofessional approach. They took advantage of us knowing we were embarrassed after that and we just didnt know how to talk to someone like that. The car was indeed over priced but we had a lack of confidence after being treated like that and followed through with a obviously over priced vehicle. It was difficult, even though we knew what happened we werent prepared for that. I hate that we didnt feel comfortable in that situation because of him. And then that we followed through on a buy of a overpriced vehicle because we felt intimated and pressured. If that makes sense? No company should allow this behavior.
