Had my first maintenance Ck on my KIA and the price was great, service was timely, and was an overall good experience. I was not sure what to expect but the price even came in lower than expected and I was given more services than I would normally get at Firestone where I have gone to before. They even washed my car.

I scheduled the 6000 mile maintenance when I called and the lady that secured the appointment said ai was all set. I did ask if there was anything in particular needed to be aware of as my son was going to be bringing in the car for the service. After completing and leaving he called me. They did and oil change. That's it. No tire rotation, I checked the fluids and had to fill the washer fluid, as it was nearly empty. They marked on the sheet they give saying what was done that everything was filled. I have had nothing but terrible experiences with this location. It's absolutely insane that I would have to spell it out for the appointment setter that it needed an oil change and tire rotation at 6000 miles. I honestly don't know what else to do. I have reached out to my salesman multiple times and left voicemails as the rear seat behind the driver had a burn spot when I purchased the vehicle and he said they were ordering the seat and would call me when it came in and I have never been able to get a hold of him since the time of sale. I would not be able to refer anyone to your location of Greenway Kia East, especially with the excessively poor customer service provided.
