John was very knowledgeable and helpful. Its always great to get someone who knows what they sell. He showed us the differences in TV picture quality, and we selected the best one for our needs. He also gave us a deal and took our non-working TV. Even went so far as to show us all the competitor prices. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our TV went out very unexpectedly in January and no troubleshooting we tried fixed it. We decided to check out Video Only, as we'd heard their (admittedly silly but memorable) radio ads and WOW was it the right choice!! The salesman was unobtrusive but offered to help further if we needed it. When the model we wanted ended up being out of stock, they offered an upgraded model for a small upcharge of our original pick. When we asked if they could deliver it to us and take our old TV (as it was so large and we're on the top floor of an apartment building) they gave us a resounding yes. Finally, when the delivery came it was prompt, personable and Mr. Hook even got it totally hooked up and mounted for us. Overall, this was the BEST customer service experience I've had in recent memory. Thanks so much, guys!!
