I currently have a severe concussion that is worsening each day. I went to the ER and they told me the best I could do is rest. I was also given medications and still didnt even work on me. Im desperately in pain with no assistance at all. Also called to see if they could readmit me and the lady was rude to me.

On Thursday, I had a wonderful appointment at Robert Wood Johnson, Somerset! I must highlight the exceptional care provided by a few remarkable individuals: Lenet, who offered comfort and support prior to my surgery; Barbra, whose gentle approach eased my post-surgery discomfort; and Edna, who efficiently guided me through the post-op process with clear instructions. Additionally, the anesthesiologist did a fantastic jobI feel great the next day. A heartfelt thank you to my surgeon, Dr. Fleming, for going above and beyond. Everyone i encountered at the hospital was helpful and kind throughout the long day. My experience at Robert Wood Johnson was truly exceptional, and I have nothing but praise for the entire team.

Let me start of this review by telling you NOT to work here . Your nothing but an employee number
Patient access front reception (Sylvia) the rudest person there is
Patient access and HR are a chain to cover each ones behind . At the end of the day is their word against yours . I gave a lot of years to this hospital working late working weekends to be treated and humiliating by a simple mistake where leadership assured me they can help . Do not believe them !!! They lie lie lie to cover their behind they dont care about you . They are evil they are so unprofessional they give anyone the supervisor tittle no degree anyone can be a team leader as long as you can work 15 hours a day because they have no coverage is all they want . Watch your back and better off going to another hospital this Somerset location should not be your option it was mine for many years but this happened and had to let everyone know . Watch your back here !!!
