This place is infested with roaches and other bugs. You cannot go one day without seeing a bug in your apartment. HUGE roaches, ive seen 6 or 7 in one day, its disgusting. They need to worry more about making sure their tenants are living in a clean and bug free apartment before they start working on the outside and painting just to bring more people into a roach infested space. They also have been doing renovations for months now and do not notify you when they are going to have people doing loud renovations all day, they just happen whenever they feel like it. DO NOT RECOMMEND, only if this is your last possible resort.
