The Falls at Westover Hills

Horrible place to live. Currently just got woken up to gun shots and police driving around the complex. Probably someone trying to stop the thieves from stealing their car or tires. My neighbors tires were taken last night. I cant wait to move from here

Ive lived here for 3 years and it has gone downhill bad this past year. You will ask month after month for your stuff to get fixed or replaced and it will never happen, the front office just keep giving excuses or false promises.The hallways are dirty and full of grime and trash, the grass is full of poop from irresponsible dog owners. The pool is literally a health hazard and there is maybe one machine that works in the gym. These apts. are far from luxurious. They should remove part that from the description entirely.

DO NOT NOT RENT HERE! This place will have your car towed even with a sticker on it . My tires was slashed twice in one month no security cameras they do not work no security guards. It smells like weed. The managers do not answer emails the fences never work theyre always broken. You physically have to go in the office to talk to them to get answers. I paid my rent on the third and I still got a late fee by the end of the day 5 oclock and I had a note on my door to vacate the apartment within three days with a minor child. They do not care about you. Rent is always going up. Its never the same. Theyre corrupted in the office do not rent-here. The pool is its always dirty and green. There are so many bees and wasps near the pool. I got Bit three times and Im allergic to it. The office still has not done nothing about the bees and wasp. The gym has equipment that does not work. Its always hot in the gym. I almost fainted, no AC. My water system breaks every month, and I only lived here for less then three months. The cabinets are all rusty and old. I found roaches asked for pest control to come in. They never come, even though its in the lease to pay. Im being charge three times for rubbish, which I have not got answers for management still not answered my questions about it poor communication . This apartments are not luxury. They are run down ,trash everywhere. The fans in the apartment make loud noise. Notified management did a maintenance request. Nothing has been fixed. The parking lot does not have visitors parking. No signs for visitors ,cars are being towed. Its like they dont want you to have a visitors. Do not rent here save yourself the trouble.

These apartments dont even deserve one star more like zero stars nothing about these apartments are luxurious The landlord Edgar is very unprofessional been calling since last week to speak to him and never calls us back hes never available the lady down stairs is always banging on the ceiling and my kids cant be kids complained multiple times and had the cops come almost every day because shes always calling them all the time and we report it to the front office nothing is done i refuse to pay my rent unless something is done i can go on and on just because my kids cant be kids my neighbor is a crack head and my house always smells like weed my daughter has medical problems and nothing has been done do better smh i swear i can go on and on about these apartments but i rather not

Beware! Go elsewhere! Where to start, let's see we will start with the non stop theft that goes on here. My vehicle has been broken into twice this month of September. Second, the amount of junkie looking people wondering around is crazy. Third, for get about them doing anything if you have a upstairs neighbor who's kids are screaming all night long and loud jumping and adults fighting till the crack of dawn, it sucks when you work for a living and need sleep, many sleepless nights. Fourth, we instead a camera and you won't believe the crazy people lurking in the hallways and standing by my door and the neighbors door. We have been here 3 years and in that time the community went from decent to section 8 type of living, its time to renew the lease which they added on another $100 to stay which is ridiculous. The gates are always broken and the cameras do not work, overnight security? Yeah right, I have only seen a security car drive by 1 time 2 months ago. Save yourself the grief and go elsewhere!
