    If youre looking to move here DO NOT. My boyfriend and I lived here for one year, worst experience ever. Theres so many issues weve had living here that never got fixed. Our AC stopped properly working around summer time. We put in numerous work orders and they sent maintenance out twice, but the first time all the guy did was change the filter.. that obviously didnt fix the issue so they sent someone else out who said he would send a third party service to clean the ducts.. that NEVER happened. It would get up to 90 degrees in our apartment.. absolutely ridiculous! And when we asked if they had portable ACs, they said they didnt have any left, we had to buy one OUT OF POCKET for the apartment to be manageable to live in. We spoke to one of the managers one time regarding the AC situation, this lady basically gaslit and manipulated the whole situation and tried to make it seem like it was my boyfriends fault for not putting in work orders, when HE DID but the initial problem was not resolved when maintenance came the first time like it should have been. It should NOT be the tenants responsibility to have to keep calling, putting work orders in for the SAME PROBLEM, it shouldve been fixed the first time. Especially when it comes to the AC not working in the middle of summer, you dont ignore situations like that. A lot of the times we tried to call the front office they would not answer, so unprofessional. They really have no compassion and dont care about their tenants one bit. Roaches and ants were an HUGE issue in the apartment too. Our water heater also went out the last month of us living here, submitted a maintenance request and of course nobody came, but thats what we expected. No hot water for A MONTH. After awhile we got tired out putting in work orders and calling them because NOTHING would be done, we just gave up. So, we are so glad to be out of this place. Do not move here, please save your time and money.

    Zero stars. I have really tried to give this place a chance. I hate moving, but the price they increase every year is not worth the maintenance this place needs and no one ever addresses your work orders. You submit a work order and maintenance will go in the system and say its completed without even coming in to your apartment, and when they do, they leave and leave your front door wide open not caring about your pets that can get loose or someone coming in! My AC hasnt worked since last summer. I submitted several work orders and they never fix it or check in to see if its working. I had to buy a window unit so my animals and I didnt die from a heat stroke (love that electric bill and not being reimbursed for needing to buy a window unit). My bathtub faucet has been leaking for over a year (also submitted a ticket) maintenance came and fixed it by knocking out a tile and lazily placing plaster over the hole. Never fixed the leak. Now my tub is covered in rust. Its now just as if I always have the water on in my bathtub running a bath. The Conserve people also came and saw the leak and said they would remind them again, but nothing. My toilet also wouldnt flush the first year I was here. Maintenance came and said thats just how the toilets are here (it didnt even flush toilet paper). Finally someone came to look at it after a year and was like have you always had this problem with your toilet? Needless to say, we had a new toilet installed, but it was not leveled. After placing a ticket for this issue, the maintenance people placed a block of wood behind our toilet to keep it stable (that falls out every time you sit on it). Now..the vent in my bathroom has stopped working. It seems nearly pointless to even place a ticket. These people do not care about their tenants. Every single issue I have had. This place does not care the office people are snooty and the maintenance people are inexperienced and overworked (theres like 2 that Ive seen?) This place may seem great to potential renters, but once youre here good luck. Do not rent here.

    If your heater or A/C goes out it will take them months before they even look at yours. They still haven't looked at my heater and it's been broken for going on 2 months, and it being the cold season it is garbage to live here at the moment. I've been here for going on 12 months and it's a decent place but the maintenance is trash.
