The management is seriously lacking. Repair not happening in a timely manner, roach infestation in the whole building, trash were dumped just outside of the apartment building as tenants got evicted while every random person can have a go at it. Just beware.

Wonderful location, everything I need is a ten minute or less bus ride away. The grounds are nice and compact, easy to navigate, and my unit is perfectly satisfactory and well worth the rent. What really stands out is the property manager, Lisa. Never in my life has a property manager at an apartment complex gone so out of their way to make sure Im taken care of. Realizing I may have to move to get out of a bad roommate situation, I went to her to run over my options. She was kind, attentive, and helpful is an understatement. She told me what my options were, cleared up any misinformation my roommate had told me, and reassured me that I would have a place to stay as long as I kept my side of the costs covered, and that I couldnt be kicked out by a roommate. She even went so far as to check on me to make sure things were smoothing out AFTER clocking out one day, just happened to run into me in public and asked me how things were going. Shes a monument to her position, a figurehead all landlords and property managers should aspire to be. Every issue weve ever had with the apartment has been handled quickly and effectively, and I couldnt be more satisfied.
