        Manager, Zoey, is great as are the maintenence people. My calls are returned within a reasonable time period. My only complaint is the colors of the complex. If I were un happy here I'd say so.

        I really dig its the place I call it home. Very quiet no crime my neighbors are cool my apartment is unique and although I wasn't on the right track in the beginning my landlord was very understanding and pushed me through it . So I give it 5 starsTwo thumbs up a 100 two snaps up with a twist all that with a bag of chips but hey maybe I'm impartial but like I said I'm glad to call it home...

        Bed bug infested apartments.Manager Chloe & Owner Greg live on the property & do as the please.The manager is uncertified electrician, plumber,&pest control so you have a/c &lights constantly shutting off,water constantly off &the bedbugs with roaches is so unbelievably horrible.They blame the residents& call them dirty.The apartment my sister lives in now,is literally falling to the downstairs apartment.Beware of these apts.

        ALL BILLS PAID! Located near (less than 1/4 mile) HEB, Wal-Mart, and lots more. Owner working really hard at updating property. Everyone stays to themselves but friendly when there's an encounter.
