Line was long and the tellers slow. I know everybody is entitled to ask the teller as many questions as they want, but in this case bring in more tellers. Everybody goes through the same line, even if a banker's help is needed.

Parking leaves a lot to be desired, for starters. But primary concern is that online, it said it was possible to make an appointment with a notary. Trying to do so is impossible though because the online appointment process does not work, at all. So I decided to just go in as a walk-in. I knew it'd be a bit of a wait, in that instance. The three bankers were all helping other people. One decided she should have her customer, an elderly man, do everything on the app on his phone for some reason - majority of my time waiting was her trying to help the man download the wells fargo app when he did not know how to and she claimed she couldn't touch his phone and could only walk him through it. When she finally came over to ask what I needed, I let her know I needed notary services. She went to check with the "notary" who was helping other customers. The girl then returned and told me that the "notary" has not actually taken the test yet, doesn't have the actual certification and therefore cannot provide notary services. Despite the fact that online it said they had times available with a notary at this location. Total waste of half an hour and I now have to go try waiting at a different Wells Fargo to see if maybe they know what they're doing. Really poor on the location's part, as well as major issues with the appointment process on the WF app.

I needed to open a bank account and update a prior business bank account so I made an appointment online. I know that it's become annoying that you can't just walk-in and get helped like before but this branch was the one with the most availability and with quicker openings than others. When I walked in I wasn't greeted but I didn't mind because I knew they were busy, so I sat down and within 5 minutes was checked in for my appointment. I was then greeted by Carina who was so friendly and I told her what I was in for. Upon further research she realized that I needed to open a different account that I didn't have information for. She was very kind and helped me gather the information. I felt so bad for holding her time but she never rushed me and tried to offer different solutions. In the end my problem was resolved, but I am so thankful that Carina was so patient and compassionate and willing to help out. She made the whole experience great and once I had gathered the documents we finished and were on our way. I was a bit stressed thinking I would have to come back or make another appointment, but Carina was so kind and really took her time to help me. I know that going in to the bank can be really stressful but I really appreciate everyone at this bank, especially Carina. Thank you for making my day!
