Shady AF ! Would give 0 stars . Beware !! Rented a car and my credit card declined an extended day to keep the car 1 more day . They came to my house and picked the car up without telling me. I thought the car was stolen ! How crazy to repo a rental car for 1 day . They have a deposit too. Never in my life have I ever heard of this happening. How Ghetto!!! And my stuff was in the car too. Call them only for them to tell me that I have to get my stuff back the next day because the manager was not there .  Freakin unbelievable!!

I rented a car from Thrifty at Bob Hope Airport through Priceline for one day as my car was getting worked on. I returned the car 1 hour late and was charged an additional FULL PRICE day charge for the one hour. I called Thrifty and after being on hold for 45 minutes was told that there is nothing that they can do. I tried to explain traffic and my situation but was told sorry, that is the rules. I will NEVER rent Thrifty again and will make sure that everyone that I know won't either.
