Good location, included buffet breakfast was well stocked with coffee, bread, juices, eggs, fruits.

I pick up these place for 2 nights I paid in the front desk. They charged me for a security deposit, I already make the check out and they said they will give me the security deposit, and I still dont get it back, I feel robbed. I need a solution.

I do not recommend staying here at all, the service is horrible. They lie about cleanliness. FOUND MOLD IN THE BATHROOMS, STAINS ON THE COUCHES AND BED SHEETS

I made a complaint and the hotel responded that they would be in touch and to date I have not heard back from you. You said that you canceled my reservation on 03/19/24 and I would like to know where this value is? Where is your integrity?
Where is the respect for customers? I await a plausible response from the hotel with utmost urgency, this hotel, in addition to not being able to receive guests, has no respect for human beings. I try to call no one answers, I send an email no one responds.
