      The Holiday Inn Resort Orlando Suites Waterpark is a Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotel and the only all-suite Holiday Inn Resort at the entrance to the Walt Disney World Resort. We are located in the heart of the Orlando tourism district on 24 acres just one mile from the Walt Disney World Resort. The resort is also near many of the other popular attractions including Universal Orlando Resort, SeaWorld Orlando, Orange County Convention Center and the International Drive entertainment district. Our family resort features 777 spacious 1, 2, and 3 bedroom family suites. You will enjoy our many great amenities which include our Lagoon Pool and Waterpark, complimentary shuttle service to the Walt Disney World Resort, 9 hole mini golf course, Arcade, Kids Splash Pad, Fitness Center, outdoor basketball courts, kids playground, Family Movie Night, wireless Internet and other resort activities. The resort also offers great dining options including Lakeside Cafe, Burger Theory, Sombrero's Cantina, Hershey's Ice Cream Shop, Antonio's Pizzeria, Lunchbox Deli Subs, Essentials Market and the Lagoon Poolside Bar.

      image Rooms were damaged, staff was rude and unhelpful, and the cleaning staff stole a pair of new tennis shoes from our room.
      The bar in the food court area also over served a woman who fell and busted her head and the staff were making jokes about it to other patrons and refused to call security. They also took the woman's card while she was incapacitated to "make sure she paid for everything".

      image Some of the park was closed the 1st day but open the second. They told us we could stay the next day and use all amenities until 10 pm. I wish I knew that when I planned our route

      image I put 1 star because there is no zero star, it's a bad hotel and everything is not same as pictures rooms are not good and small I don't recommend no one to go there

      image MY kids love it here just wish it was more elevators or preference of first floor due to having a child with needs.. rooms are nice could be more updated, tv remote was missing in bedrooom. roof construction was going on at like 8am which bothered my children a bit. but great stay love the waterpark and the food and drinks were good as well.
