While the service staff was generally very helpful and courteous, the facilities themselves were absolutely atrocious. Parking was $22/night and they are not upfront about this when booking. Breakfast is $24/person with no free options. The rooms, hallways, carpets, pools/hot tubs, hotel exterior, and almost everything else about this hotel needs a MASSIVE makeover. The elevator next to our room squeaked loud enough to keep us awake all day and night and felt unsafe to ride. There were missing tiles in the pool, rust stains everywhere, dated hardware, chipped paint, and nothing special about the property in general. Sheraton has a resort just a mile down the road that our friends stayed at and for only a few dollars a night more after factoring in the free parking. It was a gorgeous new property and each room had two bedrooms and a kitchen along with way more amenities on site. We immediately regretted not paying the few extra dollars for the nicer resort because coming home every day felt depressing at this one. Safety: Elevator needs a massive repair to run smoother. It didnt feel remotely safe.

Staff was polite and professional. Location was closer to theme parks, downtown and Disney.

Recent Update: it's been 3 months and still haven't received my refund. They don't even bother to call me back. I'm wondering how many times they do that to people. I called the hotel again twice, I left voice mail to accounting department. Noboday bothers to call me back. I still haven't received my refund and don't think I will. It's been two months. I won't give up. I ll keep you updated. So i hope you consider my experience before you make any reservations with this hotel. yeah definitely don't recommend this hotel. The room is ok. But the service is very poor. I noticed that they charge my visa card randomly. I called them and was told that Im going to receive a refund in 5-7days. Its been almost a month. I called 3 times. Nobody bother to pick up the phone. I even left a voice mail to accounting because you know.,Nobody answer. and still haven't received my refund. Im glad my brother in law haven't booked this hotel yet. I told him what happened. As I said . I don't recommend this hotel. There plenty of better hotels in the area willing to serve you better.
