They didn't bother telling me when I booked two days before my stay that they were turning the power off at midnight for a few hours. No TV and then had to use my phone light to go to the restroom. Then the manager offered me 5,000 points for the inconvenience which I never received. Many other hotels that will treat you better.

This place did not meet my expectation again I have chose to give this place another chance to see if there was any changes but it disappointed me again. I was here for spring break for March 11-19, 2023. Let start off with the pool areas once again I saw rodent running around in the bushes by the pool. It was so disgusting there was dirt and hair at the bottom of pool. The hot tub was pretty much broken until last day of our stay. The dining room had roaches. The bartender was super nice Scott, Malcom, and the ladies that was working I cant remember their names but great customer service. Now on the ROOM only word I can describe is disgusting the pull out bed in living room was so nasty multiple stains on the bed sheet pillow had stains. Told the front desk about the stains on the mattress and told housekeeping was coming hours later guy came up stated it was nothing he could do about but put mattress protect on the bed. The bathroom was filthy there was constantly hair in the tub and shower curtain the shower was dirty toilet kept clog up. Housekeeping wouldnt clean room until every 4 days had to keep calling for towels and rags. Even when housekeeping came to clean they would do a 10 min job. I had to wait hours to receive them. Parking is ridiculous have to fight to get parking spot every night. Morning breakfast was okay. This will be my last time staying there. They really need to work on cleanliness of the hotel.
