Stayed with family who are members. Accomodations were very nice and the grounds were well kept and clean. Only issue was with other guests who were very loud and let their kids run and scream well past 3 am. Location is not the best. Too far to Disney or Universal. We got this 3 night stay through a promotion at the mall with the caveat of doing a 2 hour time share presentation. We were staying in building 1, the oldest building that has not been renovated. When we arrived there were also no available cart for your luggage or anything that you needed to bring up. Unfortunately the stay did not improve. The cleanliness is sub par. Room service did not come for the entire stay, we called guest services to say we needed towels and other things and the answer was we don't know what's going on. The hot water makes a tea kettle noise that can be heard throughout the entire suite, I called guest services to ask what was going on, I was told "that is an older building, the water heater will make a tea kettle noise to release the heat from their system". The suite did not have any dish soap, and again nothing was replaced for a 3 night stay that was for 8 people. The suite was for 8 people, there was a queen size bed, 2 full beds, and 1 pull out sofa, this was very disappointing. It was not big enough for or comfortable enough for our party and they had to get a suite at another hotel that was better than what we got if not we would have been crammed in the suite. I wouldn't come to this hotel again for the suites. The pools are nice, there are 3, but other than that, I was not impressed. They have a club house with Starbucks, and other shops but it's not anything out of this world. The property that they showed for the time share of course was 20x better but you would think they would put the same effort into all of the property they purchased especially being a building next to the presentations they do for their timeshares. The positive I can state it is relatively close to many attractions which is a plus if you come to Orlando with children or that's is what you are looking for. Possibly if you are placed in a different building you may have a better experience. Rooms: Rooms are sub par. Nothing impressive, and needs major updates and better cleaning.
