I worked late need a place to rest till the morning, I booked the room at 2 am , went in just layer down at 6 am I woke up with roaches on my mouth the room was infested really bad , I go to the bathroom toilet did not have water, I I went to the office to get my refund and use i toilet , they told me no refund and no toilet, awfull experience, the health department should be involved as far as customer service there is none , I would not recommend this place to even a dead person

I have been staying at Countryside Inn on Lee RoadFor about 6 weeksPaying almost $100 a day they will not give you clean sheets that will not give you clean towels the roaches are out of control they have told me for a month that pest control come on Wednesday have yet to see that. My air conditioner broke and they told me i had to wait till the next day for it to be fixed. Husband disabled and has asthma. They didn't offer me anything to fix the problem . Laundry room took 9 dollars from me and they said they couldn't help me.

Stay away from this place save your money!!! This is the dirtiest,nastiest roach infested, rooms falling apart ,motel I've ever stayed in. Roaches get in your clothes, shoes, food,and they crawl on you at night!!! Woke up to them on me all over the bed and floors. Hundreds of them!!! They false advertise 320 but it's like 500 to stay in this dump of a place.I would never recommend this health hazard, disease infested place. OSHA really needs to go out there and see if these are the right conditions to live in. They'll shut it down, For Real!!! I deserve my money back!!! For the worst week of my life!!!
