The staff did their best to make the stay nice. They took a lot of care in making their breakfast as good as possible. They had lots of variety in breakfast and made an effort to have food for different dietary restrictions. The hotel only had one elevator in a convenient location that is shared by guests and staff. It was extremely slow, inconvenient, and busy. The rooms were outdated, but mostly fine. One of the TVs in our room did not work and the hotel would not fix it. They did offer to move us to a different room, which we declined since we had already unpacked.

We stayed here for National Dance Competition, because Hyatt Regency was way overpriced. This place has GREAT customer service, front desk staff is very respectful and helpful. Full breakfast with a lot of choices run by the nicest lady. Rooms and bathrooms really clean with a nice accents that make you smile. Heated pool that is really warm!

Had a terrible experience at this hotel and the customer service team and general manager Andrew Cruz never followed up. The rooms are outdated and have lots of broken items. The water pipes were old and leaking. The faucet was loose and cracked in the room, flooding it entirely and filling the hallway and lobby with water. The facilities were filled with bugs, the shelves in the room were falling apart and the amenities (laundry) didn't work properly. when I made a complaint, I was told they would rectify the situation but they didn't do a single thing. The only redeemable quality was their breakfast and breakfast staff. Don't stay hereit isnt worth a penny. Rooms: Old, outdated, lots of broken facilities Walkability: Not very walkable to main attractions
