        I've rented numerous cars from this location and have never had an issue. They are always friendly and helpful. The location can be challenging to pull in and out of but I'm used to it at this point. I'd say the only downside is that since this isnt at the airport, they dont have the largest selection of vehicles but that is to be expected at one of these off airport type locations.

        If youve ever stood in a long line, had a car rental location in an airport, you will really appreciate renting from Avis on Webster Street in Oakland. It is a quick in and out, both picking up the car and returning it the staff at the Webster Street location Are friendly and very efficient .
