Dreadful...Quite possible the worst Chase branch I have ever experienced.
Little or no customer service. Serious retraining in order from top to bottom.
I hope someone from upper management at JP Morgan Chase can review
this branch and make some changes.

There is a banker named Dennis who is completely unprofessional. He messed up and applied me for a credit card that I never wanted and had chase ran my credit score without me knowing. I am advising people to be extremely careful with Dennis and highly recommended doing business with a different banker.

On June 10 2021 my husband made a transfer in the amount of USD 24750 at this branch to an account in Canada pertaining a business that he is buying. The cashier made it wrong and canceled the transaction and said the funds would be available for us on the next day . Today is JUNE 21 and the money is still astray. On the phone, Chase customer service said they are TRYING to recover the funds, because once the transaction is made they can not recover it. Weird, because the branch said otherwise and even gave my husband the cancellation paper. WE HAD THE CANCELLATION PAPER and Chase does not return our money. WE NEED OUR MONEY BACK!!! I'm sick and tired to call Chase and go to the branch. Chase is inappropriately keeping our money!
