      image You never know if the drive thru is going to be open or the lobby. It's hit or miss. The manager is never there and everything has to go through her. If I need to speak to someone I usually go to the Marco Island branch, because you know there will be someone there to help you.

      image I have a mortgage with them, they took over BB&T. Since March when they took over I haven't received NO STATEMENT. I have called 3 times, each time the same lady says she will send me a bill. Today she was going to email me a bill in 20 mins. It's been 6 hours I've gotten nothing!! Don't use them they are worthless
