I like the people who work here. They are very helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately due to the vehicle/ microchip shortage, I had to wait almost a year to see the car I wanted ( I couldnt test drive because it was already purchased .) I placed my order in May and didnt get the car until September. So just be aware that it may take some time to receive the car. Also, because the original quote was made in May , they changed the price of my payments for lease program. I had to do a lot of haggling to get it back to a reasonable price point. I still got a good deal, but it wasnt the best process. Today I dropped off vehicle for maintenance. I mentioned I had low tire pressure. I came to pick up vehicle after oil change and inspection. I found that air was still low and in fact had not been addressed. I had to wait after my car was supposedly ready to get the air filled. I still love my Kia Sorento and think its an amazing car. Overall I am happy with my purchase but some of the above issues could be improved.

I got a great deal, Rishaud helped me out tremendously, kept the numbers right where i needed them. Making a trip to Denver on the new car so this is great, trying out the AWD. Also Adam was a good help, thank you guys for the fantastic job, quick, honest and easy. Coming back for sure for the next car. You guys are awesome.
