Ive tried calling two days in row to cancel a rental because my insurance is paying for it and I cant get into the body shop on time. Ive called enterprise three days in row. There is no answering machine not could I leave a voicemail or message. The email they sent was automated so you cant reply or email them. It kept me on hold for seven minutes and the system didnt offer to call me back instead of waiting. They dont use multiple lines to answer and put you on hold. Im not sure how a big business can operate like this.

Had a family emergency and needed a car fast. Got on line to pick out car. Contacted family members to say I would be on the road soon. Went back to computer and rates had increased! Called number directly to location of this Enterprise but a regional representative answered. I asked for a specific car, was told they had it and reserved it for me. Gave my number and all information and said I would be there in 30 minutes. 5 minutes later, received a call on my wife's number ( how did thet get that when I gave them my number? ) saying not only was our car not available, but NO cars were available! Had them check other nearby locations and nothing was available because of spring break. Why did you tell me you had a car reserved in my name waiting when you knew you had nothing? VERY POOR SERVICE!!!

For starters I walked in and no one was at the desk so I waited for a couple of minutes and then I told them my name about my reservation and they had no SUVs except a small truck that I cant drive because of my kids/pets and the lady was rude. It was my first time ever going to enterprise trying to rent a car and that will be my last time.
