I tried contacting this branch for three days straight. Not a single answer to their phones. Terrible experience; I cancelled my reservation and went with Hertz and I got a hold of them after one phone call. Hopefully it will be a better experience than with Enterprise. So far the bare minimum of answering phone calls is already night and day different and better at Hertz.

Set up a reservation via insurance company. Went on site just to be told they have no more vehicles. Why wait till I come in to tell me that. A phone call should of been made to me stating that before wasting time and money coming down to this location. Horrible service.

This location does not pick up the phone. I have been calling around different enterprises all morning (following an accident). This location is the only one that has not picked up the phone. In fact, every time Ive called the line disconnected partway through the ring. Unfortunately, this is the location Im stuck with. (They still havent answered)

Needed a rental after an accident. Nick worked seamlessly with the insurance company to get me back on the road in a vehicle that could handle my larger than normal family. Extremely professional and highly recommended!
