Nothing but good things to say. My (clean & well-maintained) car was ready when I told them I'd be there, and they didn't give me a hard time when I went back the next day to remove the supplemental insurance (would advise you to review your own providers' policy before making any decisions) -- Jeff was so accommodating from start to finish, even helping me coordinate getting my car from the shop after returning the rental. Very considerate customer service!

Made a reservation and when going to pick up the car today, got a call saying they dont have any cars and wont honor the reservation. The presidents circle Phone line was no help either. I would at least expect them to pickup a car at another location to bring to theirs, now I have to Uber to another hertz.

I booked a rental. It was confirmed. I got a call THE DAY BEFORE and was told that they didn't have a car for me and that I would have to call corporate for a refund. They couldn't issue a refund. They also couldn't just source a car from another location and honor their obligation as promised under the reservation. Don't rent from here if you actually want a car. Oh, and when I called corporate, they charged me MORE to switch my reservation to somewhere further away from where I live. This location should be paying that extra cost. In truth, I'm not sure how they're still in business if they can't fulfill their contracts.

I was able to book a rental for pick up on Saturday, not knowing they aren't open on Saturday. So, now I have to waste half my day calling Hertz, driving to DFW Airport and potentially paying a higher rate because Hertz sucks. Never using Hertz again.

After booking a car and received a formal confirmation, I got a last-minute call to tell me they do not have a car and cancelled my reservation, leaving me and my family stranded during the holiday. The agent that called me was unprofessional and very rude.
