I stayed here for 2 nights on March 15-17. The lobby is very small, but it smells amazing. Unlike other hotels on the strip, this hotel does not have a casino and does not smell like cigarettes, which has been a huge net positive for me, as I hate the smell of cigarettes. The room was incredibly similar to the room I had in Conrad Tokyo, but instead of Byredo toiletries, the hotel had Aesop toiletries. I generally prefer Byredo, but Aesop still smells very nice. The room was big and comfortable and provided a nice view of the strip. The service was pretty typical of a 5 star hotel; there was nothing really exceptional for me to write about. There is a house car that can take you up to a mile on the strip and its one-way only, but I never got to experience it. From the looks of it, the house car was a BMW but I couldnt tell which model it was. Honestly, if I want to stay at a hotel in Vegas, I will probably stick with Waldorf Astoria specifically because there is no casino or smoking here and it is super peaceful. There is a Whataburger directly across the hotel that I believe is open 24/7 if you want to eat something late at night.

We enjoyed staying here. It was really nice. We never made it to the 23rd floor to check out what else there was to offer. The ground level lobby is very small with limited seating, but not a big deal. Nathan was great. He offered us water and also noted that we just needed our room key/ bags and quickly helped us with that instead of having to wait in line. It's a completely different vibe than other hotels on the vegas strip. Very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the hot tub in the room as well. Room service was slow, but the late night gelato was DELICIOUS. Not my favorite waldorf but I'd stay here again.
