Other than no microwave in our room, we enjoyed our stay. Left a lot a money in the slot machines but overall enjoyed our stay despite it being cold.

4/9/24 Our 4 day/3 night trip is nearly over. Excited to be going home! This is not a resort and should not advertise as such. It's a hotel/casino that is not clean or maintained. Carpets not vacuumed, wallpaper peeling & paint chipped. Staff is rude and the only time i saw the front desk smile was when no guests were checking in/out and were laughing and joking between themselves. We never found the fitness room they forced a "resort fee" for & in room phone didn't have a dial tone, not that we needed it as nearly everyone has a cell phone. Smokey casino is terrible and gets into the restaurants. We didn't end up eating there for this reason. Everything over priced. If you are thinking of coming to Vegas do not stay here unless you enjoy homeless people roaming the floors at all hours. They intermittently had a person ask for key cards but most of the time anyone could get on the elevators to go up to the hotel rooms. Came across a person sleeping on the couch in the sitting area on the 5th floor. 4/7/24 So far this hasn't been pleasant. We met Josh as we were trying to check in. He told us to tell them "Josh says it's okay to check in". We arrived about an hour early. It was $20 to check in early, $154 in additional fees on top of the $200 we already prepaid for a 3 night stay at a "luxury" hotel (it's not luxury in any way). Just walking through the casino have me a bad headache from all the smoke. Everything is dirty and many elevators and escalators have been put out of Order. Our room faces Las Vegas Blvd and it is terribly noisy as it sounds like you're standing outside on the street (update: we discovered someone had cracked open the window so once we shut it the nose lessened a bit). This was my first trip to Las Vegas and 4 hours after landing I'm already looking forward to leaving.
