I did not stay here but the hotel seems the same it was 20 years ago when I was here at least in the lobby casino area. Dark dingy, very expensive steak place for a hotel of this caliber. I would not bring someone here for a $65 steak. Some of the restaurants are closed and the affordable places in the betting area looked dreadful for food, I left and did not order anything. I feel sorry for the lines of people waiting at the small elevator area. I would avoid this hotel for Bad location Old and not modern or updated Restaurants closed and not much going on with options Rooms. I did not stay here but I believe the reviews.

Stayed at Westgate Las Vegas Resort and Casino 04/07/24-04/10/24. This has been by far the worst experience I've ever had in Las Vegas. I was reeled in initially with a discounted rate and free incentives, an additional stay, gift card, free show and food and airfare for 2, if I was to sit through a presentation of only 90 min. This 90 minutes turned into 4 hours and I was told If I didn't sit there the entire time I would be charged a full amount for the stay. Repeatedly telling them no and them not taking it has my answer , kept trying to pressure me. After finally telling them several times no they got extremely rude and wanted nothing to due with me. When I went to receive my gifts they new I'm leaving tomorrow, I was unable to use the food coupon the restaurant wanted to charge my mother and I $30 to use it because we were 10min after 4pm. The "show" they gave us isn't even available for 2 weeks when we won't even be here. I was told that they had no idea about my additional stays, my airfare or gift card. Everything I was promised I NEVER got even though I showed them proof and confirmation of what was promised. My room had cockroaches, no hot water, the air conditioner blew warm air. My room key stopped working and when I went to fix it I was told I had never checked into my room, they put me in the wrong room, a downgrade and also told me that at any point the could've given the room out to someone else and they would've walked in on us. How dangerous and scary hearing this! My shirt was on my bed when I left in the morning, they had maids come to my room and they took my shirt when they changed the bed not even paying attention to my belongings. I will NEVER come here again , they are unsanitary and don't care about the health and well being of their guests! Rooms: Room was outdated, air was broken, cockroaches, no hot water, no channels working on our T.V. Safety: No care about the well being or health, was only told that they were "sorry" about our inconveniences.

Let's start off with I'm 62 and have stayed in a lot of hotels in my life. This was the worse experience I ever had. In room we have cockroach hot water comes and goes air conditioner stinks you sweat at night and day. Room key stopped working went down stairs was told I was in room 1522 when actually I was given 1017 with no record of room being rented to me and told anyone could have walked in the room at anytime. Wow how dangerous is that......then tv works barely keeps flickering and picture bounced. Then they keep us 4 and a half hours even tho we said we were not interested. Gave us a voucher for food at some restaurant called Pampas Brazilian and we were told to use voucher we needed to pay 30 dollars after walking forever to get there, we didn't eat there. Then knowing we leave tomorrow give us a comedy ticket that we can't use. So if anyone ever asked me about buying a timeshare I would tell them not to buy from you. And just so you know, we bought the massage chair for sameprice you were asking, but since we had such a miserable stay we were not interested in buying your timeshare. You don't care about your guest that is for sure.
