The rooms are very dusty, it's like they never dust them. But other than that they are clean. The staff are nice and professional. It's in a great location and it feels safe. Nearby activities: The casino is right next to it and it has some coffee shops and places to eat that you can just walk too. Safety: All the doors require a key card and the sidewalks are all lit up.

My fiance and I got roped into this by a lady at the Luxor. She sold us discounted tickets and a free stay in a hotel, we just had to go to this 1-2 hour presentation. She told us to just say no at the end, no big deal. I think our reps name was Steve. We spent almost 4 hours there, just to get verbally abused at the end. He told us never do this again, coming for the gifts is cheap and wastes everyones time (not sure why its offered then genius). Anyway I spent 4 hours listening to this used car salesman clown telling us all about how every hotel in Vegas has bed bugs except theirs. How we should buy into this scam for generational wealth. Not sure where this guy gets his financial advice from but a time share is not building generational wealth. Its all around NOT a good idea financially, and tends to be something financially illiterate people buy into because they dont know any better. Anyways at the end Steve has his temper tantrum, tells us we wasted his time, waited for me to leave to go off on my fiance. Made himself look like a child. I guess at the end of the day we got our free stay and discounted tickets, so jokes on you guys. Probably not a good idea to offer something and then have your sales reps flip out when you take the company up on their offer.

The security at the property is a joke! Anyone can drive through the property and avoid security. The door to the building was left open allowing anyone to walk in and have access to rooms. The rooms are are outdated and need to be refreshed. Rooms: The TVs are old and need to be updated. Should have the ability to stream channels Safety: The security is a joke!
