We checked in at nearly midnight on a Wednesday and there was a line with nearly 100 people in it. It took an hour and a half to check in because none of their kiosks worked. Even though I pre-checked in and just needed to print my key. Theyre offering of food at that time was very limited and very expensive. It was very hard to get drinks on the casino floor. Our room had stains on the carpet, was advertised as having mountain views but you looked mostly at rooftops, there was duck tape holding the rug down, and our bathtub regurgitated a bunch of black sludge staining our tub while someone was taking a shower and blackened their feet. I called the front desk and asked this be reported to a manager, and I also responded to their email asking for feedback. Even with all of this negative feedback, I have not heard one word from property management yet.

Beware. As of October 2023, the pool is closed for renovations and we were unaware up until we got into our room and there was a letter on the table saying it was. Big disappointment because our kids were looking forward to swimming after sitting in a hot car for 6 hours. The temperatures outside were 80s and there was nothing else to do in the hotel. The staff didnt say anything about it.
