        Normally a good bank, I ordered euros but had to pick it up in person, I just had SURGERY and was assured i wouldnt have to wait. My wife took me and we went to the handicapped window THEN they helped 3 people who came AFTER I did. I went to stand in the damn line so i could be helped. They knew i just had surgery, they knew i couldnt be waiting

        Very frustrated with this location, I called many times to see if their systems were up because this particular day my nearest location had their system down which meant I couldn't deposit money. So to not waste time I wanted to call this location and ask if they were also down but they never answered. I called three times and was hung up It's really frustrating and unprofessional. Never had that happen.
