        Today I Went To Create An Account And Andy Cazares "The Manager" Was Extremly Rude, Denying My Request To Open A Bank Account. Saying I Was Not Able To Make An Account With Just A Passport And Security Number. My Father Came In With Me Telling The Manager That He Was Able To Get His Account With Just Those 2 Requirements But The Manager Insisted That It Was Not Possible, Saying That The "Policy" Of The Bank Had Changed. I Headed To Another Bank And They Opened My Account In 15 Minutes. How Can Bank Of America Have People Such As Andy Cazares At The Customers Service when he is unpollite, rude, ignorant and unaware of the banks policys and unprofesional. Shame I Cant Put 0 Stars.

        Always a huge line. Place is dirty and none of their pens ever work. Business teller always closed, when I asked about it they said "yeah we don't have enough workers". Bank of America makes huge profits and still treats it's business customers like garbage at this location. Avoid at all costs.
