World Class Renovations

Kevin did an excellent job heavily renovating our two bathrooms. We are going to hire him to do a third! He has been very communicative with us, helping us to make our unusual designs functional. When we ran into problems, Kevin has always been responsive to fix them. Kevin and his crew are also just great people, easy to get along with.

We absolutely loved Kevin and his work. He completely redid our shower for us. He always responded immediately to our requests and provided quality work quickly. I have zero complaints. He even went out of his way to come back and help us twice with something that was not even his fault (something we messed up ourselves). We are so thankful and really pleased!!!! I wouldn't wish this man's work on my worst enemy. He renovated our jetted tub into a walk in shower. The walls were uneven. The floor was uneven. The tiles weren't cut straight. There were gaps at the ceiling. The cutting around the drain was atrocious. Kevin didn't finish underneath the shower bench and just left exposed wood. The plumbing and waterproofing were so poorly done that using the shower twice caused the ceiling of the room below to collapse. The showerheads and cubbies were at two different heights. The water pressure was really low due to plumbing issues. He also gave me attitude when I asked him to reinstall the tiles in the orientation I had asked for. We had to have it redone by another company and they were appalled at what a hack job it was. I've learned my lesson: never go with the cheapest estimate you get and make sure your contractors are licensed.

We had a 10 yr. old shower insert that was just too hard to clean, and starting to look it's age. I called Kevin at WCR, and he was out within a couple of days to give us an estimate. He was by far the most reasonable, but that does not mean least valued. Kevin sent us to a great place to pick out our tile, Pro Source in Madison. They were super too. Within a few days of our tiles arrival, Kevin got to work. Took 3 days to complete the job, which is exactly what he told us it would take. He cleaned up, hauled away all of the jobsite garbage and was done and gone. It looks awesome, and we couldn't be happier. If we ever do have any issues, I know Kevin will be there, he's a real professional. Great work, great value, professional. What more do you need ! Thanks Kevin. Service: Remodeling
