I had them install some floating engineered hardwoods. The pricing was very competitive, but the job took much longer than expected. This was mostly because the crew never showed up to do any work until mid-day usually and I had to have them come back at least 3 different times to fix problems with the install. A visually defective board was installed and other boards were scratched after install by the crew, so I had them come back and replace them with good leftover boards. I also had them come back and paint over the trim paint that was marked on the wall by accident. There was no supervision on the work, so it was up to me to make sure they fixed all the mistakes. Lastly, I asked them to run the saw outside so I would not have sawdust all over my house, which they did, however, they did it right outside the front door with the door wide open, so my entire downstairs was covered in dust anyway. At least the pricing was good.....but "you get what you pay for" does apply in this case.

They came in and installed laminate flooring after pulling up the carpet in our house! Did a great job quickly and were also priced very well!
