    We signed a contract in March to have entire house refloored. Crew showed up with vinyl in April and did not do things correctly AND ran out of material so didn't finish. A few weeks later the carpet crew showed up with someone else's carpet and had to go back and search for ours. They did not do carpet correctly in one of the bedrooms AND ran out of material again and didn't finish. Finally, on September 21 another crew came out and removed all of the vinyl flooring installed in April and put down new. They also fixed the carpet in the one bedroom. We were pleased with this crew and things are finally right. However, when the head installer asked my husband to sign something saying he was happy with the install my husband asked the guy if what he was signing was only saying he was happy with the current install because we wanted a walk through from the company and wanted to talk about a discount from all of the stuff we had to go through for 4 months. The head guy said it was only stating we were happy with current job. Low and behold I happened to look at Wells Fargo today and saw that the entire amount for the flooring has been billed to our account. No walk through, no phone call, no discount. I cannot, in good faith recommend this company to anyone.

    Bad wood received. Now, the local distributor is having trouble getting a replacement. I have 2 rooms empty because the installers pulled up my old flooring and stopped about 1/3 through. House is a mess. I'm supposed to get a replacement by the 9th but will then probably have to wait more days to get installers out. Installers and local distributor seem like good people. The problem seems to be with 50 Floors. Poor quality management. FUP: Installer group (Surfaces Group) is slow to respond when contacted. The actual contractor is very good at what he does but tends to not respond to text's and does not generally do what he says he will do. The flooring is very nice and looks professional. My recommendation: go somewhere else if the concern is with work done in a timely manner. Service: Wood floor installation

    HIGHER THESE FOLKS IF YOU EANT TO ENTER INTO A NIGHTMARE. THESE PEOPLE DONT GIVE A CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS PERSONAL PROPERTY. I HAD TO HAVE TILE JACK HAMMERD AND THERE WAS A DIRT FLOOR UNDERNEATH. THESE PEOPLE DIDNT HAVE A VACUUM TO CLEAR UP THE DIRT AND DIDNT TAKE ANY CONTAINMENT MEASURES FROM KEEPING MY BELONGINGS DIRT FREE. DONT HIGHER THEM!!
