    Moved into this complex about a month ago and it has really been a great experience. Lisa in the office was very helpful and responsive when I was applying and upon my move in day was very thorough, walked me to the apartment showed me everything and even left a bottle of water and a roll of toilet paper for me which was quite thoughtful. The staff has always been friendly and responsive with any issues I have experienced so far. The portal used to pay rent and submit service requests is also very user friendly and convenient. The apartment itself was exactly as I expected. I did have a few issues with the kitchen sink upon move in but again the staff was helpful and responsive. Overall a great experience and a great area. I would definitely recommend this complex, my dog and I look forward to the rest of our time here!

    This leasing team made me park my Motorcycle Trailer behind the office, away from my apartment. It was there for a year and all of a sudden it was gone!! They never called to see if I moved it or anything. They promised me it would be secure and yet it was stolen and all they can say is Sorry??? WTH.....I didn't want to move it over there for this specific reason! This has to be the worst Management Team ever. Irresponsible and assumes no responsible for things that happen on the property. This hasn't been my only issue but the most recent and down right irresponsible, Told me oh we thought you sold it??? YOU COULD HAVE AT LEAST CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW IT DISAPPEARED!!! Response to your comments a whole month after this post. The office did absolutely nothing to prevent this. My Trailer was parked in front of my apartment for almost 7 years and it was secured. I was threatened with it being towed if I didn't move it behind the office. What choice did ilI have? I was assured it would be secured but that certainly didn't happen .Your office didn't assist me with ANYTHING...you think I wasn't gonna report it stolen I didn't need you to suggest that....It was already in the works. Further now you put new neighbors in our building that think it's cool to leave trash bags piled up all week on the patio....oh and this week for 7 day there's been a litter box sitting out there. I mean I have never seen such lack of respect for the property! And nothing gets done for weeks. It's like the Section 8 out here. Plus our water bill has almost doubled. A 1 bedroom with 1 occupant should have a water bill of $75 a month when it's never been over $50??? So dissatisfied with this Apartment Complex, I would NOT recommend anyone move here!!

However, we did offer assistance by suggesting you report the theft to the police.Regarding the lack of notification, we apologize if there was a miscommunication. We typically don't monitor residents' personal property movements, and we genuinely believed you might have relocated the trailer without informing us. We also made an effort to investigate the matter further by checking with a resident who had a security camera, but unfortunately, it didn't provide any helpful information.We understand that this has been a frustrating experience for you, and we regret any inconvenience it has caused.
