I lived there for three years while sharee was there it was good. She tried her best to keep the bad traffic out and she even is the one who got the little playground put up for the children l. However the new lady I think got there like September horrible and I wasnt the only one saying it I would over hear ppl talking about not getting calls back they wouldnt answer the phone half the time couldnt get an email back just ugh (I moved out mid November) so Im not even sure if she is the Managment right now but she is a very nasty rude person and its sad to say I see all that work sharee put into it going down the drain. She actually cared. I mean the new management didnt even send out letters introducing themselves maintenance men changed and the old maintenance men did a great job at the things they could do. But I definitely would look elsewhere when I moved out duffles that were in my closet also had mold on them so be careful.

This place is beyond horrible. Photos say it all for me. But they want you to pay on time when they dont do any repairs.

Cordoba apts were in their " heyday" in the 1970's and these apts are atrocious now! No wonder there are so many problems once managed by great atlantic management company when they were the primer luxury apt of the time they are now dilapidated, and in disrepair, they should have been bulldozed in the 90's but thanks to Slum lords who only focus on revenue, unfortunate residents are being lied to about their greatness, shameful!!

I have lived at the Cordoba apartment community for five years. This complex is has had a lot of community upgrades invested into it over that time. It is nice to see they are taking steps forward, i don't see any steps back. All of the staff are friendly to me, the maintenance, the leasing office, they all say hi when I'm out and about.
