Carolyn made sure everything was ready to their HIGH standards. They take on boarding very seriously when it comes to getting anything they missed within a week of moving in. I couldn't feel any better about our property management and the team they work with. Very happy with everything in our new happy home!

I was told about these apartments I had a very good experience with Carolyn who was very professional she was on it. All about business she knew what was going on with the place, gave me a tour told me about the community & didn't waste any time. I'm in the process of moving in now. I think I'll be happy here.

Don't move here they have black mold in the walls and mice, the AC units are made to cool the entire apartment but the return vents don't go upstairs which causes moisture in the walls and that causes black mold to grow they claim they fixed it but didn't mold started growing from everywhere, fire place had damage and was not safe to use. The oven wiring is electrical tape together and maintenance man quit before it was fixed. We had to evacuate within a few hours after mold test came up possible for black mold. They don't document the issues so the next tenants have no idea until you are locked in a lease. Within the year we went through 2 or 3 property managers that knew the issues and tried to fix the issues but issues disappeared when they quit or got fired lucky we saved emails and pics I advise you to do same. Tenants need to get out while you can and new tenants need to stay away. Understand if you feel like you getting sick and can't understand why please believe me it's the mold. It's a matter of time before your fire place catches fire according to the chimney people that came through. Danger stay away

I am becoming a new resident very soon at church creek and had been helped by the property manager Carolyn. Let me just say she made it very easy to understand the process, was very eager to help in any way we needed in order to secure our spot on the property. Looking very much toward spending my time here!
