I am not a client of this bank. The owner of the house where I live yes. Hoy muy cerca de las 10 de la maana por motivo de emergencia y que esta cerca de mi banco entre esta agencia de Gaithersburg, me acerqu a la ventanilla me atendi la supervisora y me da la sorpresa que no me puede hacer el depsito sin tener el nmero completo de la cuenta del cliente, y que no lo buscan por nombre, le expliqu qu ms de dos aos lo hago as lleno el papel en la entrada con los datos y los 4 ltimos nmeros de la cuenta por qu el cliente tiene dos cuentas en es banco an as no me quiso hacer el depsito. Por favor en qu mundo de ella no es posible hacer este movimiento? Ella me hizo este desaire por que no soy americana y todava no puedo hablar bien el ingls? Se trata de racismo o es que no hace bien su trabajo? Gracias a la Srta. que hizo la traduccin supe el trato que estaba dando la Sra. supervisora Me siento indignada con este trato tuve que perder el tiempo para regresar a la agencia de Montgomery Village y hacer el depsito que ellos muy amablemente siempre lo hacen. Por favor Seores del banco denme una explicacin.
