Rented truck with flat tire, received no discount despite 4 hours wait for repair

Terrible experience. Went there at 8:00am on Sunday per my reservation and all verifications from U-Haul to learn at the door that I cant use mobile checkout at this location as this dealer does not allow it and I had to wait for an hour for them to open up at 9am. Got a dirty truck with an empty tank. Pushed all schedule 1 hour + 20 mins to get gas in the opposite direction. Eventually, they paid some extra money for the half tank gas that I returned the truck with, but that is a regular deal, nothing to cover my lost hour and idle movers.

This place is a scam, avoid it. In my 10 years time of renting u-haul for 20+ times in four different states, this is the first lady who told me at check out that she would charge me a $25 cleaning fee if the truck is returned "not clean enough". I took that as a hint that she would charge me for that "cleaning fee" anyway, and it turned out to be true. Before I returned the truck, I clean it with broom in and out, and took a picture of it just in case. Never wanted to use it, but attaching it here for reference. There was zero debris and it was cleaner than when I got it. I guess this lady will only not charge you a cleaning fee unless she gets a brand-new truck back. You know what, you get $25 more profit this time, you get 0 in the future. Avoid this place at all cost, use the one at Trojan storage instead. I used that one in June 2022, no issues whatsoever, great communication from the lay in the front office.

Love this location for my U-Haul rentals! Professional, clean and this woman is so kind and sweet. She makes SURE her trucks are clean when you return them, so they'll be clean when you rent them! (By the way, Google says it's a two-minute walk from Ralibiertos Taco Shop - which is a fantastic taco shop too, especially for their machaca burritos! But, this U-Haul is actually closer to El Nopal, the fantastic, amazing birria taco restaurant a door or two away! Try them, while you're there, parked in that small lot, near that horrible intersection of 4th and 128th.)

I was looking for a truck to rent and I went to the first place 11330 4th Ave W, Everett, WA 98204 and they told us to go somewhere else didn't even offer to assist only gave gave us a 1 800 to call but when I came to this location, 12720 4th Ave W ste f, Everett, WA 98204 the lady offered to find us another location with what we needed. This lady whom I didn't get the name is a good lady with a good heart. Please if you need to rent a uhaul go to this location.
