The person helping me rent was amazing and everything went perfectly except the old landlord locked the house and kept the rest of my stuff but I have used them before and never had any issues

Awful service they charged me for full a week over $400 dollars even though I returned it to another U-Haul location the next day , They said it was fine to left it there but it was still charged for every day we also talked to them and they said that would be no extra charge since it was returned in a U-Haul location next day we just had to take it there again, but still got charged I would never go back
