Was able to reserve and pickup a trailer same day. staff were helpful and accommodating, and dropping off after hours was easy.

Some really nice guys. I rented a motorcycle trailer from Bellingham meridian U-Haul, 01-12-24 The trailer turned out to not light up due to wire malfunction. I forgot to ask the kind individual who kindly refuted my charge with a refund of the trailer since we werent able to take it far. I think they had a piercing and tattoo. The process was very simple, easy and fast. I also recommend downloading the U-Haul app and then just deleting it after finishing active rentals.i wont go into detail but the app is pretty useful.

John and Jessi quite honestly saved my a** by helping me shove about a million boxes into my Honda civic coupe. I came to them at the end of an absolutely terrible day, needing packing materials for a very unplanned move caused by a negligent landlord and an unsafe living situation. Amidst all the stress, I did not think through how I was going to fit 83 boxes into my tiny car. John and Jessi immediately helped me get it taken care of so that I didnt have to make an extra trip back to the store. I am so grateful for their help and understanding. They were nothing but kind and accommodating and truly were a bright spot in an otherwise terrible situation. Whatever they're getting paid, they should get paid more. Thank you so much.
